Website purpose
This website introduces Table&Stay and shows examples of website strategy, content, design and development for independent accommodation businesses. General website content is provided for information and presentation. It is not professional legal, financial or booking advice and does not itself create a client relationship or obligation to provide services.
Client services
The scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timing, client responsibilities, intellectual-property rights and support for any client project will be set out in separate written project documents. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the agreed project documents govern the client service.
Fictional demonstrations
Bramblewick House, Saltline Social and Moss & Meadow House are original fictional concept demonstrations. Their properties, locations, people, reviews, prices, availability, offers, bookings and dashboard figures are invented. No OTA (online travel agency), live inventory, property-management, payment or financial system is connected. No real stay can be reserved, no payment can be made and displayed amounts do not represent actual business revenue.
Use fictional information only in demo fields. Simulated booking and dashboard information may be stored locally in your browser. You can remove it with the relevant reset control or by clearing browser storage.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and demos for ordinary evaluation and reference. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse demo fields, misrepresent a fictional property as real, or use the content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Table&Stay name, website content, designs, copy, graphics and fictional demonstrations are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not reproduce, publish, sell or adapt substantial parts for commercial use without prior written permission. Ordinary links to public pages and limited quotations with attribution are permitted where allowed by law.
Links and availability
The website may link to third-party services. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. We may change, suspend or remove website content and demos, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Responsibility
We take reasonable care with the website but provide it on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on fictional demo information, temporary unavailability, or third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights that apply to you.
