Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains how Table&Stay handles personal information when you visit this website or contact the studio. You can contact us at hello@tableandstaystudio.com.
Information we collect
We do not currently use an advertising tracker or additional audience analytics tool. If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, business details, the contents of your message and any files or other information you choose to send. Please do not send guest records, passwords, payment details or other information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, request time, requested page and security events. The fictional demonstration websites use browser storage only to keep simulated booking and dashboard data on your device.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to reply, understand your requirements, prepare or discuss a proposal, administer a requested service, keep appropriate business records, protect the website and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in answering relevant business enquiries and operating a secure website.
How long we keep it
We normally delete ordinary enquiries that do not become client work within six months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a project or contract, we may keep relevant correspondence, agreements, invoices and project records for longer where needed for the service, accounting, tax, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.
Who receives information
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that support website hosting, security, email, file storage and professional administration. They receive only the information needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
International processing
Table&Stay works with service providers that may process information in other countries. This means information sent to us may be processed outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism or take other required measures.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. To make a request, email hello@tableandstaystudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Cookies and browser storage
The Table&Stay studio website does not currently set non-essential cookies or use additional tracking tools. The three fictional demos may use local browser storage for their simulated booking journeys and editable dashboards. That data stays in the browser unless you clear it or use the demo reset control; it is not sent to Table&Stay as a real booking.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
